Refund & Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their shipments 24 hours prior to making a booking. In the event of a cancellation, TFI will charge the customer AED 75 towards cancellation processing fees. Please allow 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
